✅ Drink plenty of water

✅ Stay indoors during peak heat

✅ Watch for dizziness or nausea—get help if you feel unwell

• Worcester Public Library (3 Salem Sq): Mon & Tues, 9am–5:30pm

• Worcester Senior Center (128 Providence St): Mon & Tues, 9am–4:30pm

• Worcester 311 (799 Main St): Tues only, 11am–7pm

Spray Parks – Worcester:

• East Spray Park (180 Shrewsbury St): Daily, approx. 12pm–7pm

• Greenwood Spray Park (14 Forsberg St): Daily, approx. 12pm–7pm

Oxford Cooling Center:

• Oxford Community Center (4 Maple Rd):

Mon–Thurs 8am–7pm

Fri 8am–5pm

Sat 7:15am–11:30am

Sun closed
