DivineTouch Home Health Care is a local, minority, woman-owned provider that sets itself apart from other home health organizations. The agency's primary focus is on providing safe quality skilled services that promote independence to adults ages 18 years and older who require care assistance in the comfort of their homes. Our passion for delivering efficient and adequate home health services to improve health and wellbeing of those we serve is the motivated factor for our establishing this agency. DivineTouch Home Health Care's philosophy is centered around the idea of delivering care that enables patients to stay in the comfort of their homes in the community while preserving their dignity, independence, and security.
DivineTouch Home Health Care believes that a holistic approach to care is essential to achieve maximum wellness for our patients. Our goal is to treat the illness or injury so that the patient regains their independence, becomes as self-sufficient as possible, adequately improves their current condition or level of function, and experiences a decrease in hospitalization or ER visits. Grace Sterling, Ed.S, MSN, RN, is an accomplished nurse leader with an Education Specialist degree and a master’s in nursing, bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience to the healthcare field. As the Clinical Director and Administrator of DivineTouch Home Health Care, Grace combines clinical excellence with heart-centered leadership to transform lives.
Her extensive background spans a wide spectrum of care—including assisted living, long-term care, skilled rehabilitation, hospice, home health, mental and behavioral health, and higher education. Grace’s unique ability to bridge clinical precision with compassionate service makes her a trusted advocate for clients and a powerful mentor for her team.
