DivineTouch Home Health Care is a local, woman-owned provider that sets itself apart from other home health organizations. Founded by Grace Sterling, a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in the medical field, the agency's primary focus is on providing quality skilled services that promote independence to patients who require care assistance in their homes. Ms. Sterling's passion for delivering efficient and adequate home health services motivated her to establish this agency. DivineTouch Home Health Care's philosophy is centered around the idea of delivering care that enables patients to stay in the comfort of their homes in the community while preserving their dignity, independence, and security.

With over 2 1/2 decades of experience working in various operations and quality improvement positions, Grace is a seasoned professional. Her impressive career includes RN Clinical Director, Case Management, Quality Improvement, Infection Control, Volunteer Coordinator, and nursing management positions. She obtained her associate degree in nursing from Quinsigamond Community College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Worcester State University.
Grace has an extensive background in the long-term care/rehabilitation field and has since transitioned into hospice care, home care, higher education, and behavioral health. As a registered nurse, Grace brings unique insight into quality management, operations, labor management, accreditation, and regulatory compliance. She has overseen daily operations in long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, hospice care, and home health care.
Grace is known for her passion and detail-oriented approach to nursing and nursing education. She possesses a proven track record in strategic planning, innovative program development, fiscal management, and the ability to develop synergistic work teams. With her wealth of experience and expertise, Grace is an invaluable asset to this organization.
